Burgandy and olive reproduction Tudor Henrician lady's gown made for a Greater Bay Area Costumers Guild (GBACG) Tudor Family Reunion Feast in 2009. Feast consisted of: bread, onion tart (like quiche), beef stew in wine, salad with olives and currants, pork with parsley sauce, pottage (barley, onions, mushroom), cheddar, brie, poached pear, wafer cookies. Dinner by candlelight with a harpist for the first hour.

Dress of burgandy no wale corderoy and olive cotton velvet gown over a burgandy and olive printed kirtle with a linen shirt/smock. Fabrics ended up making the dress very heavy. Dress not completely finished.

Burgandy no wale cotton corderoy gown with olive cotton velvet sleeves has pinned on stomacher over cotton twill laced panel, deep pleats in the back, selvedge front edges on skirt openings, zigzagged unfinished hem.

Kirtle

Burgandy and olive print kirtle made from upholstery fabric has boned front bodice with twill backing. Boning is with cane. Laced on sides. Hem is safety pinned. Beaded trim on white ribbon tacked and pinned to upper bodice.
