Pink bustle dress made for the PEERS Debutante Ball set in 1885. With the exception of the buttons and thread, the rest of this was made from fabric, ribbons, and trims from my stash including the pink and lace window valance bought at a thrift shop. The lace trim was from a roll from Laurie. Crocheted, beaded, shell trim that had been on sale and stashed away. Darker pink moire taffeta lost its print when washed. Lighter pink moire didn't match the another piece. Items constructed for this costume: | |
